How could I not jump all over this assignment?! Alka’s my kid!
Now, that’s not to say that I didn’t agonize over every minute of this thing. So many ideas were cycling through my head, and about half way through I had an urgent assignment for the same event land in my lap. (couldn’t turn that one down either)
Originally I wanted to puth Toothless lounging across the top, but I just couldn’t wrap my brain around it. As a last minute change, I made him a supporter for the kiddo’s arms.
And yes… it glows! I was able to mix in Culture Hustle’s Lit with P.H. Martins Bleedproof White. I did learn a valuable lesson, to do it in small batches. I was able to nurse a large batch along for the duration of the project, but that batch had to be pitched afterword.
Words by Meara MacNeil
Long ago, when the dragons ruled the earth one AS XL(40) Alke was born into the society. Like the mighty dragons of days gone past, Alke has left an indelible mark upon our society through their actions, deeds and works. While firey in nature, she has scaled to great heights in her time in Concordia of the Snows. And whilst we wish them luck on any and all endeavors that may strike their flights of fancy, we King Matthew and Queen Fiamin do see fit to Award them Arms in keeping with their large and clawsome nature.
Done this day Anno Sociatatis LIX(59), At the sign of the Dancing Fox XXV – Return of the Winter Fox in our Shire of Nordenhalle.
