My first Baronial scroll, again done in Rotunda. JP and Lylie finally got me to do work for them, to include a bit of illumination. The inks are DeAtrementis Document Black/Red. The paper was heavily textured which made it very difficult to work on with a metal nib. The Rams horn was done with P.H. Martins Silver in, outlined with the Document Black. I’m really proud of how the horn turned out considering I have a really hard time drawing anything not anchored to graph lines.
